Both employees and residents need to know what their responsibilities are within any setting.  This serves to reduce confusion and liability should any legal matter surface and advance to litigation.  We develop handbooks for each of our specialty business niches.   Hurry!  Don’t wait until it is too late and your discharging of a resident becomes a “Rights” issue or the firing of that irresponsible employee finds its way into court.

Emergency Preparedness & Evacuation Plan

No residential facility should be without a plan of action in the event of an emergency….what ever the emergency.  This document contains written emergency procedures and evacuation instructions to implement during fire, medical or severe weather emergencies for adult foster care or residential facilities.  However, this document does not include floor plans.
